Active Ingredient: Paracetamol,
Caffeine
HCL
COMPOSITION:
Each tablet contains paracetamol 500 mg and
diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg.
Pharmacological operation:
It is a combined preparation, which has temperature
lowering, perspiresweat, expectorant,
anti-inflammatory, weak painkiller action. Removes
weakness and feeling of fatigue.
Paracetamol:
characterizes painkilling, temperature lowering,
weak anti-inflammatory operation. Acting mechanism
is related to the in suppress of prostaglandin
synthesis in heat regulation of the hypothalamus.
Caffeine:
Reduced filling of tiredness. At time of headache
strengthens operation of paracetamol. At time of
infectious diseases mobilizes organisms' living
forces.
Pharmacokinetics:
By oral taking the preparation is absorbed quickly
and wholly. In one hour it reaches maximal
concentration in plasma. From taking the
preparation after 0,5 hour is revealed analgetic
effect. Biopermeation of paracetamol in the tissue
makes up 80 %. Its 20% relates to plasma protein.
Half excretion from plasma makes up 2-3 hours. It
has metabolism in the liver. Arising conugats (glucuronid
and sulphate) are excreted from the organism by
means of kidneys.
Indication:
Symptomatic treatment at time of flue and cold,
which is characterized with temperature increasing,
sneeze, acute rhinitis, headache, throat ache, and
muscle ache.
Contra - indication:

Additional sensitivity toward the component
composing in the preparation.

Diabetes mellitus.
Side effects:
-
There isn't a side effect at time of recommended
doses. Sometimes allergic reaction are possible,
like rash on the skin, itch, giant urticaria.

Rarely - disorder on side of hemopoietic system.

Overdose and long term taking of the preparation
may cause functional disorder of the liver and
kidney, for that there is necessary blood check.
Safety measures:
-
Preparation isn't recommended at time of
pregnancy and lactation;
-
The preparation is safely prescribed with MAO
inhibitor, in combination with adrenoceptor
antagonist.

Neocold is safely prescribed at time of hard
forms of diabetes mellitus, hard functional
disorder of internal organs, hyperthyroidism,
expressed atherosclerosis of coronary artery.

It isn't advisable to use preparation together
with other preparations composing paracetamol
at the same time.

At time of treating it isn't permitted to
prescribe sleeping tablets, tranquilizer and
alcohol.
Using rule and dosage:
The content package must dissolve in a glass of hot
water while stirring.
In adults: 1 packet one time in each 4-6 hours, but
not more than 4 times during 24 hours.
Treating period isn't recommended more that 5 days.
The preparation is especially effective at time of
revealing first signs of fly and cold.
Influence of the preparation at time of driving
vehicle:
Usage of the preparation doesn't influence on
driving vehicle.

Storage conditions:
Store on 15-25º C temperature in a dark, dry place
and keep away from children.
It is forbidden to use the preparation after the
term expires or having defects after the visual
inspection.
